ALSA Abono Único
I need to travel between Spanish cities by bus regularly without paying full price each time.
A government-subsidised monthly pass giving unlimited intercity coach travel on ALSA routes for 30 days. Also covers Renfe Media Distancia and Cercanías services.
Why it rocks
- ✓€60 for 30 days of unlimited intercity travel is hard to argue with. Under-26s pay €30.
- ✓Covers Renfe regional trains too, not just ALSA coaches — more useful than it first appears.
- ✓Verano Joven gives 18–30s a 90% discount on intercity coach travel each July–September — worth registering for if you're in that age group (free Ministry code required; check mivueltaenbus.es when the 2026 promo goes live).
- ✓One of the most underused subsidies in Spain. Most newcomers don't know it exists.
Heads up
- ✗ALSA's own network is the main benefit — check your specific routes are covered before buying.
- ✗The Verano Joven promo has its own registration process and annual window; it's not automatic with the Abono.
